These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LotusBridge Health website (the "Site"), our medical travel coordination and navigation services, and our optional Text Alert Subscription (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by LotusBridge Health ("LotusBridge," "we," "us," or "our"), with offices at 9650 Telstar Ave Unit A829, El Monte, CA 91731.
By accessing the Site, submitting a contact inquiry, requesting care coordination, or opting in to the Text Alert Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
LotusBridge Health is a medical travel facilitator and care-navigation service. We help international patients research, connect with, and coordinate visits to hospitals and medical providers located in China. We assist with logistics such as hospital matching, appointment scheduling support, travel and visa guidance, and concierge coordination.
LotusBridge is NOT a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, or medical practice. We do not employ physicians, we do not diagnose medical conditions, we do not prescribe treatment, and we do not perform any medical procedures. All medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, prescriptions, and clinical care are provided solely by independent, licensed healthcare professionals and facilities in China that are separate from LotusBridge.
LotusBridge is NOT an insurance company and our Services are not a substitute for health insurance. We do not adjudicate claims, pay benefits, or guarantee coverage for any medical expense.
LotusBridge is NOT a registered visa or immigration agency. Visa, immigration, and transit information we provide is general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Visa eligibility is determined solely by China's National Immigration Administration and consular authorities, and policies may change without notice.
No emergency services. The Services are not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (in the United States, call 911). Do not rely on the Site, our contact forms, or text alerts for urgent or emergency medical needs.
Information provided through the Site, our coordinators, or our text alerts — including descriptions of treatments, hospitals, pricing, success metrics, and visa or payment guidance — is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a guarantee of any clinical outcome, treatment availability, cost, wait time, or visa approval.
You should always consult with a qualified licensed physician regarding your specific medical condition, diagnosis, and treatment options before making any healthcare decision. Any reliance you place on information provided by LotusBridge is strictly at your own risk.
By using the Services, you represent and agree that you will:
When you submit a contact inquiry, you may choose one or more preferred contact methods — Email, WhatsApp, and/or Phone Call. For each method you select, you must provide the corresponding contact detail (email address, WhatsApp number, or phone number) and affirmatively check the consent box for that method before your inquiry can be submitted.
Email. By selecting Email and checking the email consent box, you authorize LotusBridge Health to send you emails at the address you provide regarding your care inquiry, care plan coordination, appointment scheduling, travel or visa updates, and related visit logistics. Emails are typically sent a few times during active coordination, with additional messages around scheduled appointments. You can unsubscribe or ask not to be contacted by email at any time by replying to any message or contacting us at info@lotusbridgehealth.com.
WhatsApp. By selecting WhatsApp and checking the WhatsApp consent box, you authorize LotusBridge Health to send you WhatsApp messages at the number you provide regarding your care inquiry, care plan coordination, appointment scheduling, travel or visa updates, and related visit logistics. Messages are typically sent a few times during active coordination, with additional messages around scheduled appointments. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You can decline a message or ask not to be contacted by WhatsApp at any time by replying to any message or contacting us at info@lotusbridgehealth.com.
Phone Call. By selecting Phone Call and checking the phone call consent box, you authorize LotusBridge Health to call you at the number you provide regarding your care inquiry, care plan coordination, appointment scheduling, travel or visa updates, and related visit logistics. Calls may occur during business hours (typically a few times during active coordination, more around scheduled appointments). Standard carrier rates may apply. You can decline a call or ask not to be contacted by phone at any time.
Optional and independent. Each contact method is optional and independent. You are not required to select any particular method, and selecting one does not require you to select the others. If you do not select a method, we will not use it to contact you. You may withdraw your consent for any contact method at any time by contacting us at info@lotusbridgehealth.com.
No emergency use. Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls are not monitored for emergencies. Do not use these channels for urgent or emergency medical needs; contact your local emergency services instead.
The Text Alert Subscription is an optional, opt-in service that sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide. By checking the consent box on our contact form, you affirmatively request and authorize LotusBridge to send you text alerts related to your care coordination.
Message types may include:
Message frequency: Typically 2–5 messages per month, with additional messages around scheduled appointments or time-sensitive coordination. You will not be subscribed to text alerts unless you explicitly check the consent box.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent to you.
Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel your subscription. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out you may still receive non-marketing, transactional messages where required by law.
Carrier and third-party services. SMS messages are delivered through third-party communications providers and your mobile carrier. LotusBridge is not responsible for delivery delays, carrier filtering, lost messages, or charges imposed by your carrier. You are responsible for any fees your carrier charges for receiving text messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number to opt in to the Text Alert Subscription.
LotusBridge may introduce you to, or coordinate with, third-party hospitals, physicians, travel providers, payment processors, and other service providers. These third parties are independent of LotusBridge and are governed by their own terms, policies, and licenses. LotusBridge does not control and is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party medical care, nor for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
LotusBridge never collects treatment fees directly. Payments for hospital treatment and verified service providers are made directly to those parties, and receipts are issued by them.
Any service fees charged by LotusBridge for coordination packages will be clearly disclosed before you commit. Hospital treatment costs, physician fees, and other third-party charges are set and billed by those providers and are separate from any LotusBridge service fee. LotusBridge does not guarantee any third-party price, and actual costs may vary based on your diagnosis, treatment plan, and the provider you select.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotusBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall LotusBridge, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of health, income, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because LotusBridge does not provide medical treatment, we are not liable for any medical outcome, clinical decision, or act of any third-party provider.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LotusBridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
